Testimonials from visits

Portside Christian College

Our Year 2 classes are currently learning how to write narratives, and they were extremely excited to have the opportunity to meet a real-life author! We absolutely loved having Lisa visit and share one of her amazing books, ‘Little Fox’s Hidden Disability’. What a beautiful and adorable message about inclusion! Our students also enjoyed learning more from Lisa about being an author and the process of writing a book. They even got to share with Lisa some of the stories they have been working on. Lisa’s visit has been the highlight of our English unit on narratives, and we can’t wait to read more of her books!
